Local Projects

Our local projects take place here in Greece, from our home in Epanomi to stages across the region. Working with neighbours, artists and partners from all over Europe, we turn shared ideas into concerts, gatherings and residencies that bring people together.

Sobremesa: Vagaries of the Palate

Sobremesa: Vagaries of the Palate is a transnational art and research project exploring food as a lens for understanding migration, cultural identity, memory and belonging. Through artist residencies and collaborative research across Southern Europe, the project examines how food can foster dialogue and collective knowledge. As a partner, Fix in Art hosts the Echoes Residency in Greece, providing a space for artists to explore food cultures, care and solidarity through shared practices and creative experimentation.
